The 'Pieterpad' route runs from Pieterburen in Groningen to the Sint Pietersberg near Maastricht in Limburg. The well-marked route is mostly flat to gently undulating. The trail is divided into four distinct sections, which can be booked separately or combined.
The Pieterpad - Part 1 - from Pieterburen to Coevorden
The northernmost part is a feast for the senses, from the flat, expansive Groningen landscape to the quiet Drenthe forests and heathlands.
